Nice coffee shop, and I really liked the vibe and atmosphere. Plus the baristas were friendly and provided good recommendations. I ordered the Mexican Mocha. It was delicious. It wasn't too sweet and it had the right amount of chocolate. Next time I visit Davis, I will definitely stop by and try some other coffees, but I will probably end up ordering the Mexican mocha again.

This is our go to coffee shop on the weekends. Located in downtown Davis and a quick walk to the farmers market. During the weekends the shop can form a line but it's staffed accordingly so the wait isn't too bad. I love their lattes and mochas. You have to try their almond croissant! It's a smaller location so there isn't a lot of places to sit for groups. If you're looking solo work, this is the place!

Bliss. Bliss. Bliss. If you're looking for a non caffeine option get one of these. It's the absolute best and goes so well with a chocolate donut. I've been here so many times and I'll keep coming back. Great hang out meet up spot.

I got my morning coffee here three separate times during a trip to Davis, and each time it was an excellent experience. I like coffee a lot, and found their espresso to be rich and flavorful, well-pulled shots. It was perfect as an almond milk latte (hot or iced.) They usually have samples of their coffees, too, and I enjoyed getting to try some other brews and bought a bag of beans to take home. The service was quick and the staff were all very friendly. The muffin I had one morning was good, too, moist and fresh. They have a good amount of both indoor and outdoor seating, including some cute wooden benches outside.

Davis--like other university towns--has a disproportionate number of places to drown yourself in caffeine, and although annoyingly trendy, Temple is one of the best places to do so. Have stopped by here a few times when passing through, and it never disappoints. On my most recent trip I got a pour over, which was crisp and bright. Though the line may seem daunting, it moves fairly quickly and you can peruse the many bean varieties/roasts while laughing to yourself about how the tasters come up with such ridiculous tasting note descriptions (yes, cherry, oak, and vanilla all over again. Maybe apricot too if you're lucky.)

Everything you need in a coffee roaster spot. Friendly service, good coffee, tasty treats, and a clean well kept spot. It is pretty quiet and fast service. A good variety of coffees and done right. What else to say?

My best friend first introduced me to Temple in Sacramento, so when we met up in Davis I knew I wanted to come back! This is a well-loved spot in Davis to sip, chat, and study at. There's plenty of natural light, a modern yet minimal atmosphere, and an all-around clean environment. You can find seating both inside and outside--though it can be hard to snag a spot amongst those working and studying. I appreciated the kindness of the baristas, they're so sweet and know how to throw out warm compliments. They also make drinks quite fast, by the time I went to pay my tea was ready! I chose to order an Iced Enlightenment. I've had this before hot but the barista said it would taste different iced, which is true. The Jasmine is more prominent while the honey is subtle. It was mildly sweet and not as creamy. Though I don't drink coffee, their other beverages seem well-regarded. Temple Coffee Roasters has multiple locations throughout Sacramento, their Davis spot is on the corner of G street. Free street parking is around the area. I recommend coming here for a nice drink, though it can be busy!
